Resumen (trabajo de investigación actual y motivos para asistir)
El proyecto se enfoca el estudio de la interacción bacteria-planta, el objetivo principal es conocer el perfil de expresión de Rhizobium etli cuando crece en interacción con maíz.
Espero obtener de este curso, herramientas que me permitan aprender a manejar los datos generados a partir de secuenciación masiva, de genomas y transcriptomas, así como para deducir a partir de estos resultados, datos importantes en regulación transcripcional
